My name is Milan Aryal, and I’ve been lucky to spend nearly a decade guiding trekkers through the Himalayas with Destiny Excursion. My journey began as a porter, but then I progressed to become a certified guide in 2019. Since then, I have trekked in Everest, Annapurna, and Langtang regions. I also enjoy helping travellers to experience the mountains like visiting them for the first time, in a safe and genuine manner. I also speak English and the majority of local languages, and it helps me connect with the trekkers and the locals as I share stories. I guide and specialize in safety. At the same time I also love pointing out little details along the way like so many remote views that few have seen and little details they may not realize about tradition. Guiding is not just a work to me; it’s a chance to get people to fall in love with the Himalayas as I have.
