Destiny Excursion is committed to making hassle-free travel in Nepal happen, but flight cancellations or delays, especially in remote locations like Lukla, Jomsom, or Simikot, can occur due to weather or operational issues. Do note that we do not offer any form of insurance. Therefore, visitors are advised to ensure that your policy covers all forms of trip alterations. This policy addresses how disruption is handled.
Refunds & Reimbursements
- Flights booked through us are generally non-refundable unless the airline issues a refund or credit.
- If refunded, processing occurs minus bank or service charges.
- Missed services due to flight problems won’t be refunded without prior written agreement.

Flexibility and Trip Adjustments
Weather changes, road closures, and flight delays may necessitate route alterations, trek modifications, or alternate transportation. Additional porter or transport costs are billed separately. Travel insurance is mandatory, covering medical emergencies, evacuations, cancellations, and delays. Please email us your insurance certificate, policy number, provider’s name, and emergency contact at least 7 days before departure.
