Destiny Excursion is committed to making hassle-free travel in Nepal happen, but flight cancellations or delays, especially in remote locations like Lukla, Jomsom, or Simikot, can occur due to weather or operational issues. Do note that we do not offer any form of insurance. Therefore, visitors are advised to ensure that your policy covers all forms of trip alterations. This policy addresses how disruption is handled.
Refunds & Reimbursements
- Flights booked through us are generally non-refundable unless the airline issues a refund or credit.
- If refunded, we'll process it minus bank or service charges.
- Missed services (treks, transport, hotels) because of flight problems will not be refunded without prior written agreement.

Flexibility and Trip Adjustments
Travel in Nepal often requires flexibility. Weather changes, road closures, and flight delays (especially in Lukla, Jomsom, or Simikot) can lead to unavoidable itinerary adjustments. We may need to alter routes, shorten treks, or arrange alternate transport or accommodations. Any added porter or transport costs will be handled separately, but these changes are always made with your safety in mind.
Because of these uncertainties, valid travel insurance is mandatory. Your policy should cover medical emergencies, evacuations, cancellations, and delays for all countries and activities in your trip. Please email us your insurance certificate, policy number, provider’s name, and emergency contact at least 7 days before departure. We can also recommend trusted international insurers if needed.
