For the sake of easy planning, we have crafted a clear and traveler-centric Balance of Payment Policy encompassing all Nepalese treks, tours, and expeditions.
What is Balance of Payment?
This is the balance owing after your deposit. It helps us secure your booking, obtain permits, and arrange all that is required before your departure.
Payment Structure
- Deposit: A non-refundable reservation deposit to go ahead with your booking and arrangements.
- Balance: Pre-departure balance of payments.
When to Pay
- Nepal Trips: At least 15 days in advance.
- Custom or Premium Packages: The terms shall be discussed at the time of booking
- Last-Minute Bookings (less than 10 days): Full payment at booking time.
- 20% deposit for 2-3 months prior booking
- Full deposit for one month prior booking
Modes of Payment Accepted
- Bank Transfer
- For payments made using international credit or debit cards, a 4% bank processing fee applies to cover transaction and currency conversion charges.
- Cash (for tours starting in Nepal only, with previous authorization)
- Notice: Client will be responsible for bank charges, currency exchange, or transaction fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refund, full or part, relies on the cancellation date.
Some charges (flight, permits, third-party bookings) are non-refundable after the booking is made.
